Bernat Antràs is a graduate in law from the University of Barcelona and a member of the Bar Association of Barcelona

He has taken part in vital collective bargaining processes and has appeared in important legal proceedings. Reference should be made to his active participation in the management of various sectoral and company collective agreements (parking and garages, cinemas, port tugs, Barcelona Water Board, work safety consultants, professional associations, etc.). He recently took charge of the complex re-negotiation of players' wages for FC Barcelona as a result of COVID-19. He is an expert on corporate re-structuring and internal and external flexibility measures

He has been active in the organisations and institutions governing the legal profession: founding member of Young Lawyers of Catalonia, member of the governing board of the Bar Association of Barcelona (2003-2007) and member of the employment committee of the General Council of the Spanish Legal Profession which negotiated with the government the Royal Decree on lawyers' employment contracts

He is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers (ASNALA) and of the governing board of the Spanish Labour Lawyers' Forum (FORELAB)
