Graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in 1999 and Master's Degree in Labor and Social Security Law from IDEC.
He began his professional career at the Bufet Gay-Vendrell. In 2002 he joined the Labor Department of Uría & Menéndez. In 2004 he joined Vallbé where he reached the status of professional partner. In 2023 he joined the Antràs firm.
He has taught at the ICAB School of Legal Practice and at the School of Public Administration of Catalonia. He is currently a conciliator and Mediator of the Labor Court of Catalonia (TLC).
Daniel Cubero is an expert in Labor and Social Security Law and has extensive experience in providing both preventive and procedural advice to companies and individuals in matters of layoffs, contract suspensions, substantial changes to working conditions, subcontracting of services, business successions, collective bargaining, among others. He also has in-depth knowledge of labor relations in the public sector.
He is a member of the National Labor Association (ASNALA) and the Spanish Labor Forum (FORELAB).
