Graduated in Law and obtained a Master’s Degree “Màster Universitari en Advocacia i Procura”

Graduated in Law with Honours and obtained a Master’s Degree “Màster Universitari en Advocacia i Procura” from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Irene Rodríguez joined Antràs in September 2024, after completing her professional internships at various labour law firms: Legi Laboris Advocats, in 2020, and Molina Advocats, from 2023 to 2024.

As a specialist in Labour and Social Security Law, she is involved in advising and handling a wide range of labour matters, providing legal support in both the consultative and litigation phases. She is currently furthering her training in labour-related business consultancy, offering valuable support to the firm’s senior team.
