Álvaro Batlle is a lawyer specialising in Labour and Social Security Law and has more than ten years of experience advising companies and workers on all types of labour matters, both in the contentious and non-contentious fields.
His practice covers all areas of Labor and Social Security Law, including labor dispute management, collective bargaining, business restructuring, senior management, and recurring labor advice.
Graduated in Law from ESADE (Ramon Llull University), he later completed the Double Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Specialization in Labor Law and Human Resources, also at ESADE (Ramon Llull University). Throughout his professional career, he has worked in the labor departments of renowned firms, such as Garrigues and Abdón Pedrajas.
He joined Antràs in February 2026, contributing his experience and strategic vision to offer effective solutions adapted to the needs of each client.
