Marc Antràs is a graduate in law and a member of the Bar Association of Barcelona. He has worked at Antràs throughout his career combining legal practice with teaching at the Autonomous University of Barcelona as an associate lecturer for the law degree course on employment and social security law, labour relations and for the Masters in legal practice on employment law litigation

More than 30 years' experience as a lawyer and has taken part in many company and sectoral collective agreement negotiations, corporate restructurings, alterations of terms of employment (individual and collective) and de-linkings from collective agreements. He has also appeared in various legal proceedings concerning employment and social security law. In all of these cases his involvement is focused from the perspective of a partner of the client, supporting company management in the decision-making process

He regularly attends conferences of the Aula Iuslaboralista of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and of the Foro Social Aranzadi in Barcelona, and is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Labour Lawyers' Forum (FORELAB)
