Llúcia Felipe Sardà

Associate Lawyer of Antràs. Specialising in employment and social security law.

Llúcia Felipe is a employment lawyer from the Iltre. Barcelona Law School (ICAB) and joined Antràs in 2025.

She holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), where she also completed the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (Access to the Legal Profession), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Management and Resolution from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).

She has developed her professional career at labour law firms in Barcelona, with notable experience in the legal services department of the trade union CCOO.

Throughout her professional practice, she has specialized in technical legal advice on employment and Social Security matters, as well as in legal representation in court proceedings across various sectors, handling collective, multiple-party, and individual disputes. She also has extensive knowledge of employment matters relating to public sector personnel.

She has experience appearing before both the labour courts and the administrative courts, and has also handled proceedings before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
