Jesus Rubio is a graduate in law from Pompeu Fabra University, holds a Masters in employment law from the Further Education Institute of Pompeu Fabra University and a PDD from IESE
He has worked in well-known employment law firms in Barcelona, the legal department of the trade union UGT and currently is with Antràs
He has advised and represented the interests of various groups involved on all sides in labour relations. He has been involved in negotiations of collective agreements for health establishments, dock labour and car park undertakings. He has also taken part in strike negotiations in the leisure, museum and restaurant sectors. There are many examples of his work in corporate restructuring involving redundancies, temporary regulation of employment procedures or substantial alteration of terms of employment. In all of these cases his focus is from the perspective of a partner of the client, supporting company management in the decision-taking process
His professional work has been accompanied by teaching in the law department of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and UManresa-Central Universty of Catalonia
