Francisco Pertusa has been a partner of law firm Sanchez Almeida-Velázquez, the firm Agut-Pertusa & Arazuri and currently Antràs. He has also been an associate lecturer of the employment law unit of the EMI Foundation

With more than 30 years practising employment and social security law he has taken part in numerous collective bargaining procedures, corporate restructurings, redundancies and changes of terms of employment (individual and collective) and de-linkings from collective agreements. He has also appeared in many legal proceedings concerning social security advising both providers and companies and indviduals

She is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Labour Lawyers' Forum (FORELAB)
